WATER LOSS REDUCTION IN WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

On 11th and 12th November 2013 in Inter Expo Centre in Sofia will be held the 6th conference "Water Loss Reduction in Water Supply Systems" organized by the Bulgarian Water Association.
The conference is the biggest event connected to water losses in the Balkan region. It will discuss the available know-how and best practices and will recommend new approaches for more efficient management of the water supply and sewerage systems with a focus on water loss reduction.
The aim of the event is to encourage the exchange of experience and information on successful cases from various national/local programmes for improving leakage control and reduction of losses in the water supply networks.
The topics of the conference are: Innovative solutions for reduction of the physical losses of water; Problems of the reduction of commercial losses of water; Setting realistic goals: How can we keep the results and Problems connected to the economic rate of leakages.
The conference is supported by the European Water Resources Association (EWRA).
